Youth Services

Eliot's 24 hour staff- secure treatment program for court-involved adolescent males located in Plymouth is seeking a Residential Clinician.


  • Coordinate and provide individual, group and family therapy as needed
  • Coordinate treatment team meetings with DYS casework teams, families, and other support persons to discuss treatment plans, Individual Service Plans, progress reviews, re-entry plans, and discharge plans
  • Oversee the medication, medical needs and mental health of residents
  • Oversee advocacy and phase components of the program
  • Oversee, monitor, facilitate and provide feedback on effectiveness of daily groups
  • Coordinate, monitor and facilitate special groups
  • Attend administrative meetings for both Eliot and DYS
  • Collaborate with direct care and educational staff to foster a therapeutic, trauma-informed milieu

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 to 7:00

Salary: $45,000 per year





Master's degree (license eligible) in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work with experience working with the adolescent population. A knowledge base of clinical issues of children and adolescents affected by bio-psycho-social stressors. A working knowledge of DBT or ability to complete an on-site 20 hour computer based training.  Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
