ServiceNow Support Analyst/Dev-171223-50006833-2
The ServiceNow Support Analyst/Developer will be directly responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, administration, support and enhancements to our ServiceNow platform. This position requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modules and technical experience in software development and scripting. Extensive experience in business process analysis is required to work with users to gather information for process design/improvement, testing and implementation to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Complete routine system administration and enhancement requirements including user and group changes, catalog item revisions, menu changes, reporting requests and problem solving/vendor escalation.
  • Complete annual software version upgrades, including new feature testing and migration to ensure continuous system availability/stability.
  • Lead all functional and technical aspects of solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration and development of required reporting.
  • Configure additional modules in conjunction with integration vendor resources including configuration and asset management, resource management, project/ demand management, etc.
  • Support external integration points including SCCM, SNOW and LDAP.
  • Adhere to appropriate processes for project management, change control and documentation.
  • Performs other work related duties as assigned or requested

  • B.A. in Computer Science / Software Development, or equivalent ServiceNow System Administrator certification and JavaScript required.
  • ServiceNow Application Developer certified preferred.
  • Ideally qualifications/experience in one or more of the following:, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certified, Orchestration, Performance Analytics, Project Portfolio Management Strong experience in ServiceNow custom application development, integrations, and large-scale implementations using Business Rules, SOAP/REST APIs, Workflows and Client Scripts.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering and analysis, technical design, SDLC/scrum, and leading technical implementation of ITSM and related solutions.
  • A basic understanding of the ITIL business process and IT service management as a business discipline.
  • ITIL v3 Certification a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Schedule Details: - Full-time 40 Hours per week - 8a-4p Monday-Friday - Day Shift
